Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. ThermalCube is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages
